There's all-whites sold in a carton like milk now. Look in your dairy section.

I dont think you get egg whites seperately...atleast over here you dont.
But dont worry its actually really easy to seperate an egg.
You gotta know how to crack one properly first. Get two bowls and then you crack the egg in two, make sure its almost halfway. One half will have the yolk in it the other one will have the white. Pour the egg white into one of the bowl chuck the shell away. Now get yur other half (the one with the yolk) and drop whats in it into yur hand. Yur hand acts like a sieve and the egg white passes through while the yolk is left behind (drop the yolk in the other bowl).
Phew! Who woulda thought i'd spend so much time just to give a guy instructions on how to seperate an egg!!!
Good Luck with yur eggs!

You can buy powdered egg. It's used in making icing. Also, egg beaters, egg substitute is made up of egg white.
But if you're just looking for plain old egg whites, then you're going to have to separate them yourself. It's not that big a deal.

You have to do it yourself. You can also get fake egg whites which are pretty good.

You can buy them separated but they cost considerably more. It isnt that difficult to separate them yourself once you get the hang of it. I do it every day.
