My co worker,when he walks pass always looks @t my lips,first eye contact then he looks at my mouth then back into my eyes?Whats yall point of view?

You must realize that she is as scared or timid as you are. You are asking all those questions, and so does she. You're both extremely young, probably without any experience, so anything you do is almost like a discovery for you. The short answer is: yeah, she likes you. All those things she does and says are a way to show you that she likes you. However, she is most likely just waiting on you to act. Piece of advice: don't do it over MSN, or sms, or whatever. Meet her at the movies or somewhere where you are close and ask her how she feels about you two. You'll be surprised, but 90% chance is that she'll feel the same as you do. Remember, girls are exactly the same as guys. They have the same fears, doubts, problems and such. She has it just as tough as you do :-) Good luck!

eeeeeeek Cassy that's really creepy. I would ask him if there is something on your teeth. YOU MUST DRAW ATTENTION TO WHAT HE'S DOING!!!!!! EWWWWWWWWWWWW AND YUCK
The thing is that if he does want to give you a snog, it's in an inappropriate place at an inappropriate time. It sounds disrespectful and creepy in the extreme because it's as if he thinks he can do what ever he wants even if it means you become uncomfortable. He is preferring him self or has been reading the Sun, perhaps he has the illusion that it's a sexy thing to do at work. You could say its harassment?

i think we all do that at some point....i do it often, but i work in a noisy place to i try to hear them by looking at their mouthes, i have become a good lip reader over the years....this guy your talking about, could he be slightly deaf? i am not being funny but that may be why he looks at your lips...unless he thinks they are sexy...ask him why he does it

If your lips are hideaous to look at then that is why he is drawn to them.
If they are ok then it is his way or a sign that he wants to be your friend and in a physical way too.
If he is your type and you want to know him, then blow a kiss to him when he next looks at them....that should get him into gear.

It is definitely an invitation.. Either he wants to say that he wants to kiss you then hug you and then lay you down and screw you. Or may be he likes Oral and wants you to use your wet lips for that
