I have lost the weight that i want to and i just need to tone it up now, especially around my belly (Due to having kids) and deffintly my bum and legs need toning. Whats the best exercises i can do to tone up quickly ?i dont have any equipment.

Toning and sculpting can definitely be done without equipment. I know that I always stay toned by doing Yoga. Its one of the most relaxing workouts you can do. Easy and really helps flexibility wise. Also just easy reps of sit ups for your stomach. Push ups tones the arms and also the abs if done correctly. But the best thing to do is go on www.about.com it always has everything you need and I'm sure they probably have a good article on toning.

go to the gym and use the machines that work out the areas you want
