it seems that you need to change your diet and schedule...exercise more and eat healthy...allergies will go sooner or later and on the safer side take one more opinion from another doctor

I'm sure someone here will give you an idea of what type of home treatment to do, or some sort of homeopathy to use. I spent six years in three Universities, I can give you some serious advise that has been delved out over the years, by some of the most renowned physicians in the U.S. Whether you take it or not, is up to you.
The white heads and black heads, wash real good three times a day. Go to a allergist. He could give you some steroid for most of the pimples, the rest is up to you. The coughing is all part of the allergies, you can get a steroid for that. I take meds for allergies and I feel fine. You have to follow orders though, wash, take your meds, and do followups. You might also get anti-biotics for the pimples, part of growing up and maturing, the hormone thing.

I can't tell you what it is that is wrong this seriously is in the hands of doctors. If you want to purge your body my advice is to see a naturpath or a doctor that practices naturpathy as well as general. They will be able to do a series of allergy test etc to help eliminate possibilities and what could be the best course to take, really your doctor should be doing the allergy tests any way. You can get detox dietary programs but I strongly suggest medical approval first as doing it yourself could cause more harm than good.

Hi , you said you have alot of allergies, have you been tested for a Gluten Allergy?? (also known as coeliac disease, gluten is found in breads, wheats, yeast, grains).this can cause alot of the symptoms you describe but is often overlooked by most doctors. It may not be whats wrong but it is worth a look into.
Hope you get a diagnosis soon, you are too young to to have to put up with chronic health problems, you still have yr whole life to live. I wish you the best of luck :)

ok try this diet first, high fiber and protien and low fat. chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits, veggies, and drink tons of water to flush out your body. also get concentrated cranberry pills in with the vitamins, and take as directed. as for the allergies this diet will help but also try the ALLEVE cold and sinus it really works!! a better diet also will help with sleeping but you may need a doctor to perscribe some sleeping pills if it keeps up. lack of sleep and stress cause horrible acne so find ways to help relieve stress, taking warm bubble baths while reading a good book and listening to music, taking walks, writing in a journal, try poetry. whatever you find interesting. also you can talk to your parents about seeing a dermotologist for the acne too. GOOD LUCK i hope you feel better soon!!

My, my...that's alot of symptoms. I'd strongly recommend going to more than one doctor to get advice. They will direct you to the appropriate specialists. Even in this type of forum you'll probably get the same advice from Doctors who view your question. There's no replacement for a thorough checkup.
