Yeah you got that right. The rest says 你们定了通知我就成, so the whole sentence means Saturday and Sunday are both fine by me,just let me know after you guys have set the date.

The second part is not quite grammatically correct.It should read
"ni men gei wo tong zhi jiu xing le" meaning "feel free to give me your plan and I will follow up".
