to lose weight the first thing you need is will power.

if you have that then you are already half way there !

rule no 1 is DO NOT DIET - no matter what the books and celebrities say, diets are not right way to lose weight, as you will put the weight back when you stop the dieting.

rule no 2 the only way to loose and maintain weight is : healthy food and lots of exercise.

drink atleast 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday.

eat healthy foods. try going vegetarian as veggy foods are less fatty (except oils and cheese of course)

eat green leafy vegetables regularly salads

cut down on your alcohol and fatty food such as oily fried foods, cholocates and whatever that is high on fat.

go for the healthy option - brown bread instead of white, bran flakes instead of sugary breakfast, fruit instead of snacks crisps between meals

eat more 'filling foods' so you dont keep feeling hungry - such as bran, bananas etc.

do 30 minutes exercise atleast 3 days in a week - everyday if possible. you dont have to join to gym or something if you dont want to. brisk walking / jogging / swimming for 30 minutes will be good enough.

if you continue above then you will see the difference in 2 months

pls remember if you have high blood pressure / diabetes then consult your doctor first.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Aside from exercise and eating sensible, I would guess the only way would be surgery of some sort.

Or possibly diet pills, if you actually find some that works, and won't let you pile on the pounds when you stop using them.

Increase the quantities of green salads, and low calorie items in your food .Reduce /eliminate in take of rice and substitute by Chapati.Add fresh seasonal fruits after night food. Reduce consumption of alcoholic brewerages,juice,cold drinks,butter,cheese,chocolates,and sweets .Drink at least 8-12 liters of water every day

apart from exercise you can go on a perfect diet or take policy with three things.Water,walk,food. i.e. you should atleast drink 3-4 litres of water, walk of 20 minutes daily morning & evening & as i said food as you require but not much....
if you continue this daily you can resist exercise and be slim trim toooo...

eat all meals on time but avoid eating food that contain oil. eat lots of fruits and drink plenty of water. the meals should be morning tea(without milk), breakfast, lunch,evening tea with 2 biscuits and dinner. make sure to eat only as much as needed,no oil and plenty of salad. eat only as prescribed above & watch ur weight go down like a dream

Well you can start eating healthy and whether you want to excercise or not that is the key to losing weight.
