Ciao..Dear, "sobarare" has meaning only in Spanish, so maybe you've mispelled it, because "pezzi"( pieces) is typical Italian...

I agree, there does not seem to be such a word in Italian. In Spanish the verb "sobrar" has the meaning of having too much of/an excess of or plenty of.
"I pezzi" means bits or pieces, including pieces of money.

It could be SUPERARE I PEZZI (that means 'To exceed the pieces', a kind of over production) or AUMENTARE I PREZZI (its correspondent in English is "To increase prices").
I can't fin any other similar sentence in correct Italian.
Yours is clearly mispelled since "sobarare" is not an Italian word.

Could it be "assaporare i pezzi" - to savour the pieces?

"sobarare" doesn't exist in Italian; according to your example, it could be "separare": "separare i pezzi" = "to separate the pieces"
"So barare" instead means "I know how to cheat"
If "pieces" are intended as objects used in gambling, could also be this one.

IN Spanish, sobrar means to to taste. SO many it translate into to taste the pieces? It's a tad odd, don't take my word for it.
