I've tried using the hidden valley powder to make lower calrie homemade and although it worked great, I'd rather but something already made. I don't mind paying more or ordering online. I just want great taste and minimal calories.

Experiment with other types of packs or buy your own spices and create one that suits your taste.

For the "base" try non-fat or low-fat sour cream or plain yogurt.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Its good to watch the calories, but it's more important to watch the FAT content in your food, I love Ranch dressing too, and I eat it on all my veggies..

Here is the contends in store dressing.. as you can see there are 100 in 2 tbls. and 90 from fat.. I dont think yopu're going to find any low calorie that taste as good as the orignal.
