In your opinion, what is the best tasting light, low fat or just plain lower in claories than regualr old super fattening mayonaise?? A friend told me to eat the Hellman's Canola Mayo- Same calories but the fat is a better kind of fat. It's yummy but I'd like something more healthy (or less unhealthy) as my addiction to mayo is pretty strong. Any suggestions?? I don't mind paying more or ordering online....

I would simply buy non-fat sour cream and use it alone or add spices to it (or a tiny bit of non-fat italian dressing) to spice it up, depending on what you are putting it on. I'm guessing you are putting this on a sandwich.

Mayo is a crappy food as it is, so even if you get a "better" one it is still junk in your body. At least sour cream is better for you and would give you some calcium, ya know?

For a sandwich I would suggest experimenting also with yummy different types of mustard which can add a fun kick and get rid of "dry sandwiches" which might be why you like the mayo.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
