For Singapore: You can stay at Rasa Sentosa Shangi La for 2 nites, then spend 1 day there. You can also cover Bird Park (day time) and Night Safari in the evening. There are many good food in town, Lau Pa Sak (old market), Boat or Clarke Quay for local delicacies. At last, you MUST visit the Merlion, by taking the Duck Tour you can enjoy the close seaview at the Merlion and Marina Bay. It depart from Suntec City every hr from 9am till late daily.
For KL: You can visit the twin towers at downtown. Try to stay at City area as the jam are terrible.
