my hair are frizzy and kinda curly. but their not brittle. i also want my hair to be really really straight. would 185degrees celsius do???

that should be ok. most hair straighteners go up to about 220o C. Try 185 first and see how that works for you. make sure your hair is really dry first other wise it will frizz more and damage your hair. also use a heat protector and end sealer so your hair stays healthier, especially if your straightening in a regular basis. when you straighten, take the straightener down your hair slowly, this will help make it straighter. also, try finishing off by quickly putting a cold blow dryer over it to set it.
