for thing to get finished there are times we should stay up late. in my case i often end up sleeping soundly and cramming in the morning oh and one more!

I drink green tea, works with me, dont drink milk and wosh your face with reall cold water, spread the cold water to your back neck.. then, you are all fresh!!

Fight sleep, you silly girl! I wish I could sleep! I am 35 and since I was 13 I have not slept more than 4 hours a night.... the past year...the only way I sleep that long is taking a sleep aid.....

Tell me how to go to sleep!!

I've taken Pro-Plus before, but I'm not sure how effective it is. You could always try taking sleeping pills early in the evening the night before to make sure you get a good night sleep.

I just drink 2-3 cans of Coke... Keeps me awake every time, but then I can't sleep well in the next two days.

I take a mid evening nap, just about 20 minutes. Then I'm good to go for hours.

well I took my normal bedtime sleeping medications at 9:30...it's 6:17 now...sometimes they just dont work..my brain has a mind of it's own

Coffee does it for me! If I dont have coffee, tea works.
