I was in a similar situation (5 years, about 7 weeks ago) and she said the exact same thing (weird.. :) ) and I'd probably be in your shoes now if I hadn't spoken my mind (I take my honesty and openness as a God send in this situation). I'm in the same boat as you, and unless ya'll really have something different and great, I'd stay single. I don't know how deep your relationship was, but I'll say I was saving $$ for the ring with mine. If she could split up with you and refuse to speak with you (she didn't want to be there for you), I'd say let her sleep in the bed she made. You may just end up that guy who gets back with her and gets hurt, or you may be the guy she tries to keep around as a good friend she can gossip to without having to worry about you in her pants. What you do is your call in the end, but I'm warning you : )

maybe she has realised she made a mistake, regrets her decision or simply misses the company. Either way, you have to decide whether you are able to see her in a friends capacity or, if you want more, you should speak to her, see if that is possible, if not, then probably best to cut her out of your life until you have both moved on, i.e let time pass a bit do things aren't so fresh

Try and forget about her...find some one who isn't so confusing. Let this one know you've found someone else even if you haven't and she'll stop coming around confusing you. There's better women out there for you. Just go look.

She was probably PMSing when she left and now her period is over so she is normal again. Girls emotions go wild when they are on the rag. It still amazes me how something that can bleed for 5 straight days, still live. Dayamn!
