Good! Ur intention is very good. Don't say her that u love her. Just invite her to be ur friend first. Be a true friend of her. Act like that. Share ur good ideas & experiences with her. Some time share ur sorrows too.Get her confidence.Be truthful & honest. Show ur sincererity. I'm sure she will respond u if she is not involved some where before..........

Hey dont be afraid just say it clearly, I LOVE YOU. If you are still afraid, write it in a piece of paper and tell her. But in a straight forward manner with courage. Don't be afraid, either she will say yes or she'll say no. But if you say it directly face to face then chances of NO is very less.
