I am having a walk in the park. = formal present
I'm walking in the park = informal present

2. to take a walk in the is the future tense.

I'm taking a walk in the park = future informal
I am going to take a walk in the park. = future formal

I'm on my walk at the park. is the informal present form

I had a walk in the park = past tense
