I am 19 years old I weigh 200 lbs and am 6'0. I am actually very athletic, and muscular, but I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs without losing muscle. What foods should I stick to that have high protein and low fat/sugar.

Lean proteins. Chicken is excellent - don't eat the skin.

Just try not to eat refined carbs (sugar, white bread, white rice, sodas, candies). Try to eat high fiber foods. They will help keep your blood sugar levels normal, which will help a lot.

Obviously stay away from junk foods. Fresh vegetables, and fruits will be good. When you see food, think about the foods that are in it, and what ingredients were used to prepare it.

Since you want to lose weight, you need to eat fewer calories thatn you use. Cut them from the simple carbs and junk foods and if it's not enough, start lowering other things. But make sure you get the nutrients you need.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Its not the age but its all about height vs weight
You are 6'=72"=72x2.2=158.4 lbs precisely, so you are overweight by 41.6lbs and Cellular Nutrition( availablke in 63 countries in the last 26yrs)- which optimum protein-low sugar, low salt, low carbohydrate and other supplements would be an ideal meal for your curent situation, plus you need to have for every 44lbs one liter of water for the desired results.(Min4.4lbs to Max.8.8lbs per month).

Meats, cheese and eggs. There are also protein drinks. I think these drinks taste awful but many people like them. There are also some breakfast bar type things (brand name: South Beach Diet) that are high in protein. These are good to have with you for a quick snack.
