can somebody give me a true example, who won the US green card lottery trough a private agency such as USAFIS or USGCRS ? Are they really register you for US Green Card Lottery or they just take your money away?

I don't know if any of these organizations have helped anyone or not. I do know that, in my experience, I have issued several hundred DV lottery immigrant visas and every single winner I have seen applied on his own.

You do not need to pay a private company to enter the Diversity Lottery Program - it does not increase your chances - you are paying for a service you do not need. See the site below for information on eligibility requirements and how to apply through the US State Department (DV-2008 registration is over; DV-2009 will be the next opportunity to register) :

Also, here are the results from the 2007 lottery:

The diversity lottery is setup so an individual can does everything themselves to apply and if they win, get the visa.

The USAFIS, USGCRS, and other companies are for profit companies. They don't improve or decrease your chances.
