unless you have 1 breast, two different size breasts, flatchested, or a pornstar, dont degrade yourself by getting breast augmentation.

Breast implants are a horror that our society has embraced...how sad is it that women think they are inadequate as they are and choose to pay thousands of dollars to mutilate their bodies?
Look here: http://www.breastimplantinfo.org/what_know/having_problems.html
Breast implants do not last forever. You don't get them once and then you're done. Every 6-10 years you have to have them replaced.
Every woman WILL have capsular contracture upon getting implants. It will not cause every woman problems, but it will for the majority.
"The older implants are, the more likely they are to break or leak. Although implants can rupture at any time, the FDA found that most rupture by the time they are 10 years old."
Every 8-10 years you can look forward to another surgery, several thousand more dollars, pain, and yes SCARS. A young person, in their 20's can expect to have 4-5 implant surgeries over their lifetime. Imagine the scars. The money. How horrible is that? All for fake, ugly, plastic breasts?
What if you need an implant removed because it's making you ill? "Most insurance companies will not pay to have a ruptured implant removed, especially if the implants were for augmentation."
Look what is does to your health:
"Everyone agrees that implants can cause local complications, such as those listed above. There is much more controversy about whether it can cause diseases or disorders. Some women can have implants for many years and never have any problems, but as the years go by, many women with implants become seriously ill. Common symptoms include joint pain or stiffness, memory problems, trouble concentrating, fatigue, flu-like symptoms that don’t go away, or pain throughout the body (fibromyalgia). Auto-immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and scleroderma are also problems among women with implants."
PLEASE do not do this to yourself. Men, and society have told you that you are not good enough, not sexy enough because you're breasts are not grossly swollen out of proportion. It isn't true! You are beautiful the way you are! You will find love just the way you are. Please, set and example for the rest of society! Be yourself! Be proud as you are!

First of all, do it for YOU! If you want bigger breasts, then you should definitely do it for your own happiness and self confidence. I got mine about 6 yrs ago and I love them. I got saline, under the muscle and inserted through the axilla (armpit). Under the muscle keeps you or anybody else from feeling the implant and the axilla insertion makes the scarring impossible to see (blends in under the arm). You will have a lot of options about the type of implant and how it will be inserted--make sure you research your surgeon and ask him all about your options. I heard that above the muscle hurts less, but it is easier to see/feel the implant above the muscle. It was my first surgery ever, and yes I was sore and swollen. It was probably four weeks before I could do everything I did before, but I could shower and do light liftingby day 2. They give you exercises to do for movement and flexibility. I would definitely do it again--6 years later, it feels completely natural--like they have always been here! Good luck!

I have not had implants, but I did work for a Plastic Surgeon for five years. He always got good results. I do not know anyone who was displeased with her implants. All the ones I saw looked great. My sister in law had them about 10 years ago and they still look great. Go to a BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON and discuss thoroughly what you want. There are different shaped implants and they can be put different places, behind the muscle, in front, etc. Get all your facts, listen to your doctor and go for it.
Good luck to you.
P.S. In five years, I never saw a patient with complications from implants.

1)two weeks
2) Yes texture & firmness all normal (providing you listen very carefully to what your cosmetic/plastic surgeon recommends for you body size/shape ) i.e if you try to stick something in your body that is wrong size & shape for your frame it will look & feel like crap, leaving yourself wide open to complications i.e capsular contracture , rippling etc etc, which will cost $$$$ to rectify & do nothing for your self image to say the least. The HUGE Baywatch Balloon is terrible. An properly considered , anatomically correct augmented breast implants are a truelly wonderfull thing for a woman that has her own reasons for wishing this type of surgical intervention.
3) No complications & very minimal scarring.

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Everyone talks about how you should do it if it will improve your confidence. Ofcourse, it would be a lot healtheir to work on being able ot feel confidant about yourself without having to surgically alter your body. Have some pride. Don't do it.
