This is a rare situation, but it does happen. I was an administrator for five years putting on training seminars for law enforcement and prosecutors for domestic violence and sex crimes, and this topic often came up, usually regarding domestic violence. Most law enforcement agencies are aware that this thing happens, and they would be obligated to take care of it. So yes, they are there to help raped or abused men. More than 90% of all abuse cases involve a man abusing a woman, but that is not 100%, and law enforcement knows it. Victims of crimes, regardless of their gender, are entitled to legal protection. So if your motive for asking this is personal experience, I highly recommend calling the police or talking to an attorney. That said, everyone is innocent until proven guilty, so don't think you can just accuse someone of this if it isn't true. You would be liable if you lied about it. I only throw that out, however, knowing that some people on here have ulterior motives for asking these kinds of questions. If you are a victim or know someone who is, then I hope you'll call the police. Good luck!
