Buddy - firstly believe in who you are . You got cheated on , thank God You found out , who knows how long ago you were cheated on ? What if you never found out ? You would be a fool in paradise .... Dont feel that you were no good or that the guy who was involved with your girl was better than you in anyway -
The girl you so trusted was NOT the girl for you guy , I know ,
I know , but you loved her , or probably still do ?
You deserve someone faithful like yourself and although it hurts right now , have faith in yourself , YOUR QUESTION IS AS SWEET AS YOURSELF _ HOW DO YOU ADJUST TO SINGLE LIFE ? Just be the sweet guy you are , U wont be single too long

Time to regroup!
Sit down and figure out what went wrong and what went right with your last relationship. That way, when you're ready for dating again, you can use that knowledge that you've gleaned so that you don't fall into the same trap again.
Figure out what you want and what's important to you. Set goals, and make plans to accomplish those goals in your life. Start a new hobby, re-connect with lost friends, spend more time with your family. Keep yourself busy, and keep your mind open to other possibilities!

Depends what you are looking for in your single life. If you are looking to casually date without a commitment, I suggest you go out and have a good time. Having good friends with you helps. If you are not looking to date at all, do the same. Have a good time with good friends... It makes things easier and gets you back in the swing of things.
