your parents are alseep and you don't have any pets, or even a teddy bear. But the wierd thing is that I hate to be touched and i haven't let even my parents hug my since i was like 5, but what i want more than anything is any form of human contact but then if anyone tries to touch me i panic and push them away, and i feel so alone and i don't even have a teddy bear to hug cuz my mom said i'm too old for stuffed toys when i turned 13 so she put them away somewhere and i don't know where and what can i do?

I understand that listening to your parents about things are important... but if you want a teddy bear- get one.

talk things out- why are you feeling alone... find a person- it doesn't even have to be someone you know and just talk ... you can also write .. just write everything you feel on a paper and then rip it up after that... sometimes if you do that... it helps you relax and let it go :)

GO to target get long body pillow. our try rolling up tight in a blanket.both sometimes work for me

YOU NEED TO FIRST TRY AND LET YOUR PARENTS KNOW HOW YOU REALLY FEEL IT SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING REALLY SERIOUS TO ME AND SECONDLY TRY LOVING YOURSELF TRY TO HUG YOURSELF LISTEN TO SOME NICE MUSIC AND THINK ABOUT THE HAPPIEST THINGS YOU CAN BUT TALK TO SOMEONE EVEN IF ITS JUST A SCHOOL COUNSELOR, OR NURSE SOMEONE

Hug your pillow :) and think of someone special It really helps. I sometimes feel alone but I always hug my pillow and think of.... nvm :P
