Some girls are good in hiding their feelings, not like most men, so it will be hard to detect.
But mostly, girls tend to make the "next guy" before breaking up. If she is making many excuses not to see you lately, she might be starting dating with someone else.
If she makes less eye contact, thats another sign.
But the most effective way to know is to directly ask her, if she loves you or not. If you want her to stay, ask her whats on her mind.

You can start by noticing the tone of her voice while you are talking to her on the phone. She may give you different reasons not to see you, she may be so cold on the things that she has never been before............

Well she will either start calling you less, stop spending so much time with you, not really holding you hand as much, seems distant all the time. Hopefully this helps.

well personally, I tend to become distant I guess, don't communicate as much, stop putting in effort etc, its not necessarily a conscious decision though, just happens when things aren't working and not ready not ready to admit it
