YOU MUST go to ZooDoo which is in Richmond, just out of Hobart. I have to say it was one of the funnest days I have ever had. I'm 26. It is the greatest zoo in the world. So much fun and interactive. I got to pat my first ever Koala there!!

You might also enjoy a day exploring the Huon Valley. Franklin has the Wooden Boat School and some pleasant eating places. It's a pretty town by the river too. The Tahune Airwalk near Geeveston is great. We always take visitors there. Hastings Caves or just go for a drive and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Treat yourself to some cherries, berries or other fresh fruit and veg from the roadside stands. Have a picnic and wish you lived here!

You should most definately go to the Salamanca Market. I had a ball there, especially watching the buskers.
