That is a good question, them may or may not. The answer could lie in our past. If you remember back when we were first starting out. We were nothing. It took us many many years to become great. And the comments of them always fighting each other. Well we were there too. So like I said they may or may not. I hope to see it they have a lot to offer. And for those who continue to bash Bush, just stop already. I am in the military and I have been over there and until you go there just stand behind us.

IRAQ is a country cobbled up from the days of the Ottoman Empire. 76% of Iraqis are Arab; 19 percent are Kurds; while Turkomans, Assyrians, Armenians, and other small groups make up the rest. The Islamic component is split into two main sects: Sunni and Shia, with the Shias by far the majority at around 60%. All but a few of the estimated 3,088,000 Kurds are Sunni.
Remove Saddam and the country is in disarray; how long will US-Allied troops babysit a 'democratic' Iraq? If and when they leave, Iraq will gradually disintegrate and do a Yugoslavia - this I have little doubt.

No, mainly because Iraqi society is divided by clan and religious loyalties that go beyond any political alliances. No amount of Democracy implanted by anyone will change their mentality.
Politicians here try to blame the current administration for the "Fiasco" in Iraq, but in reality, the result would've been the same even if Kerry would've been the President. Even if we would've never invaded Iraq, then Saddam would still be in power, crushing any dissent and still flaunting his nuclear ambitions to the rest of the world, like he did back in the 80s and 90s.

It's difficult to judge at the moment . probably only in a decade we'll (perhaps) see the effect of this Democracy export to Iraq.
The most important thing is that I hope for you Americans and for us Italians , that all human losses haven't happened in vain.
We must think positive about the possibility of a state without terrorism and a different approach to Muslim religion.
This is a dream , not uthopia I hope.
Bye.

Probably not. They don't seem to be able to get beyond fighting each other to get much done. Only reason I think it's good that America is still in Iraq is I'd rather our solders fight terrorism there then here. But were ever we fight terrorism we need to defeat it and the sooner the better for all.

they think of politics first, this is regrettably their first priority. I do think of most of the human beings announcing they opt to hold the troops abode unquestionably mean it, there is a few cynics yet maximum folk believes it. there is just one factor they choose greater and that's staying in capacity or gaining capacity. some would possibly not even word of this themselves and unquestionably have faith the same thoughts they tell the human beings. Human psychology is extremely complicated and the impact on politics is usually underestimated
