The one and only true church may be identified as one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic, with the succesor of St. Peter as its' earthly leader.

In so far as the orthodox churches are in spiritual communion with Rome, they are not that far from "oneness" and "truth".

More work needs to be done.

negate, that would be very conceitful, i cannot believe we live in a world where everyone only accepts others who share common beleifs, who shaft other people because they do not beleive in whut they beleive, everything is geared for total de-humanization, every religion teaches to hate every other it seems, completly disgusts me that there are such vile diusturbed megalomaniacs out there. u dont see animals fighting because the dog goes to church and the cat doesnt, some ppl cannot get their minds straight, and just accept the fact that we are alive here and now, and to accept everything for the way they are, not conducting cruisades on anybody who doesnt have the same colour skin, or the same emblem around their neck, but this is a complete toalitarianism fascist world we live in, and soon the global elite will feast upon our liberty and enslave us all, so it doesnt matter who or whut anyone believes in, the end of days will be soon, but it is in no way religious.

No, I do not. I don't believe *any* church (including mine) is the one and only true church, because of how unbelievably elitist and egotistical that is (of any church that makes the claim, not just yours). I believe in the "One river, many wells" philosophy.

But just go on believing whatever works best for you. It's your well. You enjoy it.

The majority of Orthodox I know are very worldly people & don't have Christ as their personal savior. Their lifestyles are not different from the world. They are Prideful, drink, smoke, cheat on their wives/husbands, lie, Gossip, don't pay their workers correctly etc...etc....You think this is the true church? You think this pleases Jesus? They don't have Jesus in their heart bc if they did they would repent and try their best not to repeat the same sins. They never even talk about Jesus. They think someone is very weird to talk about the Love of Christ in regular everyday conversation. The priests here in Europe don't even encourage the people to read Gods Word (Bible). Many priests not all have said that those who read the Bible are heresy. They don't even know what "born again" means. Jesus says:
John 3:3
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Being born again means when you have repented of your sins to Jesus (not a priest which is man)and asked him to come into your heart. Confess with your mouth the verse below.

Rom10:9-13
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”[f] 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”[g]

Dear friend don't be deceived. Ask Jesus to show you the truth. Seek Him only.
The icons they kiss & worship is called idolatry. There is only One true God.
Rev9:20
20 But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk. 21 And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries[b] or their sexual immorality or their thefts.

There are more verses on idolatry and if you wish you can email me.
So to answer your question, No I do not think or believe for a moment Orthodox is the true church.

Matthew 7:7-8
Keep Asking, Keep Seeking, Keep Knocking

7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Read Romans and Galatians. It all talks about the law and the true children of God (Born again) are not under law but under Grace. Praise the Lord

Matt 4:4
4Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'[a]" (which is the Bible)

**I also wanted to add...
Mark 7:6-8
6 He replied, "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written:
"These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
7 They worship me in vain;
their teachings are but rules taught by men.'
8 You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to the traditions of men."

If you want to grow "stronger in the Lord", spend more of your time reading the Bible, pray, asking God to reveal Himself to you, and practice being obedient to His commands.

I pray God guides you to His truth.

God Bless you.

The true church can't be based on a lie.

NOPE.

There are spiritual truths and wisdom in virtually ALL religions.

I recommend a religion that ANSWERS YOUR spiritual questions, AND teaches you to live in harmony with your brothers and sisters (even if they walk a different spiritual path)
