is there a way to find free doctor in the USA of for important surgery?

Probably not for an operation this big. An organ transplant is such a large undertaking with lifelong consequences that few doctors or hospitals will be able to do something like that for free.
Even if you get a transplant, you have to take immune-system suppressing drugs for the rest of your life, which are expensive and require medical supervision, because with them there is still the chance of rejection, and you are much more susceptible to other diseases.
So I wouldn't hope for a free doctor for any kind of organ transplant, if I were you.

do a search engine on government medical assistance. (financial aid)
i know there is some way to get some ind of hel financially for that. unfortunatly im not sure where.
but just keep looking- you'll find something
