Usually going for a walk clears the mind. Trying maybe writing in a journal and then burn the pages or don't read them after it will only make you stressed out again all over. Myabe try volunteering with animals or get a pet if you can it has been scientifically proven that pets can reduce stress! Good luck!

They say if you relax your facial muscles and body it is practially impossible to feel stress. That being said, when I feel stressed about something that I can't solve there are a few things that help me get through it. Talking/ranting to a friend. Playing loud angry music to purge the stressful feelings. Ice cream in large qualtities. Watching a good, distracting movie. Writing a Pro's and Con's list to try and find a solution. Reminding myself not to stress about things I can't change which is harder than it sounds but an important consideration when worrying what to stress about....:)

stress has become one of the most pressing problems of the day for everybody. the best way to beat stress is to spare sometime for Friends and family and to indulge in a hobby. smiling and laughing through the day also helps .though u feel like grimacing just it keep smiling. situation that is accepted with a smile will automatically reduce stress. so just apply the principle and keep smiling to eliminate stress.

As long as you think stress is something you have to beat like it's the enemy, you will always be victimized by it. It's something you have to live with. To what degree it has on your life will depend on what actions you have taken to solve the problem/s that are causing it. 10% of your focus should be on a problem, 90% focus on the solution. Try this question to think than the normal one's you might have like "can i do this?", instead try "how can i do this & make it fun while i'm doing it?"

There are many stress management techniques. To me long walks are helpful, also any kind of physical activity. Pets are excellent in defeating stress, if you are a caring kind of person.

The only way to beat stress in the world is YOGA. Do Pryanama daily 15 mnits in the mrning & evening.

Sit and close your eyes and take a deep breath (inhaling and exhaling slowly) Repeat this for five minutes simultaneously watch your breath. Then relax for some time.
You will definitely come out of the stress.

Do pranyama, simple deep breathing whenever you are stressed. Drink Noni herbal fruit juice for about six months.

Well i'll give u d best technique to cut off stress from ur life.
whenever u feel stressed or u are terribly angry,then pick up your diary & start writing 'RAMRAMRAMRAMRAM............................'
on the whole page.I guarenty that if u do so u will certainly feel better & relaxed...
I CAN BET U ON THIS......JUST TRY IT & I'M SURE U WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!!!!
