I have been a member of a health club for 34 years and was an instructor and then manager of the spa.the way to lose weight is to eat only whole natural foods.fruits and vegetables. no junk foods.or processed foods, no white flour products at all..no fried foods. no red meat. pressure cook foods.bake don't fry.eat healthy.and get a stationary bike. I have noticed that people who lose weight. got on the bike and rode it half hour to an hour a day.sit one in front of your TV. and ride.it especially makes you lose weight in your middle area.Now just do it.and stick with it,It takes effort but it is worth it.you will be so much healthier for it. You need to fundmentally change your lifestyle.
Drink a glass of water and eat an apple before each meal, buy only whole foods. No more string cheese, softdrinks, frozen lasagna, pizza, McDonalds, etc.
You can't work hard enough to lose weight in the gym without controlling your caloric intake.
Give away your TV. Go for a walk. Once you lose the weight, get more excercise in your life. Walking, swimming, cycling, etc.

try the adkins diet it is known to work and it is fast. it is so simple. all it consist of is bacon and eggs in morning with white grap fruit juice for lunch meat saled grapfruit juice for dinner do the same the grapfruit juice help burn fat and also give you energy. but you have to remember no carbs like potatoes noodels candy pop ect i promise you results in a short time dont stay on long go off after a month and rest for a week or two start back untill you have lost the desired wheight. most important check with you'er dr to make sure you'er heart and every thing is ok. befor starting

lose weight think of youre health i faced the same problem roughly over 90 pounds overweight but i hired a trainer and he kicks my but evrey day at the gym and doesnt let me quit

1. Eat a little healthier, You'll be suprised how much it helps by just replacing coke with water.
2. Get out more, I'm not saying you have to go jogging everyday. Just go hang out with your buds around the neiborhood outside.

what have you tried previously? if you are doing diets on your own, and they haven't worked, i suggest you consult your doctor. they can help. whatever you do, DONT take pills and DONT starve yourself. watch your portions and most importantly be active...that doesnt mean running 10 miles a day...it means choosing to take the stairs rather than the elevator and such.
