it is because your brain is most refreshed in the morning and morning and have the greatest capacity to learn the things . more over the intensity of cosmic rays is also high in the morning as compared to evening so the brain cells are more stimulated.

Our school systems definately need to be brought out of the stone age. Check out the latest Time magazine (the one with the man of the year)
