What culture? American culture? Or culture from another country?
If you are referring to American culture, I'd have to say no. American culture (today) is all about sex (as far as I see it.)
Don't be narrowminded. Pleasure can be defined in various ways by various people. As long as they're not doing anything their partner doesn't want them to, people (teens included) should be able to do whatever they want with their bodies.

Depends on wich Culture the teens are in. In Western Culture teens have sex. In Islamic culture they are not supposed to. but they do. In Pacific Island Culture once they have sex, they arent teens anymore.
Just do the math, population of the world doubles every 5 years, lotsa people that are of an age to reproduce are haveing sex. That is the nature of living things. After you finish the math, you will be shocked to learn that the Earth is not sufficient to sustain the population of Humans that will be on it in 25 years.

Adam and Eve's teenagers were doing what their parents told them not to do. For you Others, In all other species reproduction begins as soon as the species is biologically able. Once you are able sex is a main thought until you are no longer able. Of course some people will ly to themselves.

You thought may be right but (concerning sex) it is good in some condition. Teens should be friquent in the matter of sex

yes wht u hv said is right....today's teens dnt wanna wait for the right partner...mostly its peer pressure that makes them do so...but in serious relationships i believe sex makes u come more close mentally...obviously u tend to develop more closeness mentally after having sex because u knw d person in all ways...so thats an advantage...but sleepin arnd is really nt gud....the bottomline is u shld wait for the right person to come in ur life and do it with him/her only....

ofcourse they are... no culture nothing. enjoying night clubs and spoiling their life, including sex. very bad ..... they smoke, drink and have sex with many guys.....who cares? , no one cares. teens shud think abt their life and family members.
