In regular situation in France you should not say anything when someone sneezes. Now sometimes with knowns peoples french says :
"Dieu te benisse" or "Dieu vous benisse" which is you "God bless you"
some others says
"A tes amours", "A vos amours" which can be translated as "to your loves ou lovers (?) "
some others says
"A tes souhaits", "A vos souhaits" which can be translated as "to your wishes (?) "
