following a low fat diet is about the best way to decrease test production. fatty acids and cholesterol are used to construct many hormones like testosterone for example.

fat is not bad for you, excess calories and a sedentary life style is. I consume about 200 grams of fat a day and have a six pack at 38 you just have to consume the right kinds of fats and they are omega 3 & 6 fatty acids and about all the monounsatured fats that you can eat.

Sun flower and soya oil is the lowest in fat, palm and nut oil should be used on special occasions. I use olive and grape seed oil they are good for your health and low fat as long as you do not eat fryed food all the time only once every two months.

Those all have about the same fat content, so I would choose based on whether the fat was a good fat or not. Like Omega-3 fats - they are found in soybean and canola oil.
