First better not to flirt.Flirting can invite unwanted attention.Boys who pay attention to flirting girls usually are not after good relationship, but they want thrills only!So you might end up being hurt or even victimized only.
At 14, concentrate first in making yourself smarter,invest time in learning(quality boys prefer girls w/ sense")and make sure you are clean taking care of your looks!Check your hygiene and fashion taste.

As a student, you have multiple chance! Try joining co-curricular activities, like sports or clubs or society of your interest..
When you do something you like, you always have this energy and passion to be actively involved, thus becoming outstanding and other students will notice you..
Take this opportunity to meet more new people and you will then find ways to interact more with guys too..Flirting is more to the eye contact and body language and the way you talk to the particular guy you like..
But remember, always be yourself.

maybe it just isnt time to have a bf but if you really want a bf then keep trying go for the quiet cute guy (idid and i am still with him ) it was totally worth it
