How do you know you only had 4 half lagers if you don't remember what you did? Sounds fishy to me.

Also, the so called spiking of drinks has been proven to be very RARE. It happens, but not very often.

Have you thought that maybe you just drank too much and with New Years eve the night before and the drinking you did that night might combine for an increased alcohol level in your system? Alcohol can make a person black out and not remember a damn thing the next day or even right after the incident happened. If you are worried about being spiked you need to look at the people you hang with. It's a new year so forget about it and just look forward, not behind and you have learned a lesson.

You can't find out if your drink was spiked, it will have passed through your system by now.
Are there any other factors that could explain the reaction? Are you on medication? Did you drink faster than usual? Are you sure it was only 4 half lagers?
In my experience, when someone has had their drink spiked, some memories will return over time - however it is likely to never have a full recount of what happened. The violent reaction, you fighting, is not something I've heard of.
Although, these days, a lot of people seem to claim their drink was spiked as a way of getting out of accepting responsibility for their worrying drinking habits.
If you'd like to talk to someone about your drinking, I'm always available.
Best wishes.

My daughter had the same thing once, it was scary, she was shivering, grinding her teeth, seemed delerious, and quite violent. She is not like that at all, and she had not drank much. I was certain someone had spiked her drink, she remembered nothing the next day. I wanted her to have blood test, but she was impossible to deal with at the time, i just kept a close eye on her, it freaked me out! I was told, these are symptoms of being spiked, she said all she remembered was talking to someone at a house party, then she felt strange, tried to get to the front door, and after that is a blank. She did not know where the house was, or how she got home, when she woke the next day. I was furious!! Just be careful hun, god knows what could happen, i wanted to kill whoever did this to my daughter, but we never knew.

You would have to get tested at a hospital asap. some drugs only stay in the system for up to 96 hrs. and some don't stay in the system for more than a few. Never put a drink down at a bar and walk away. If you turn your back on your drink don't drink it anymore. People have been known to spike girls drinks w/ a horse sterilizing pill. It will sterilize you too. you would have been passed out though.

It is possible that your drink was spiked. Maybe not one of the "regular" drugs that we hear about but something different. My suggestion is to go to the doctor for a blood and urine test. I just went thru that yesterday. Oh, and I will ALWAYS watch the bartender pour and OPEN my drinks as well as never let it leave my hand.

the likelyhood of u finding out if ur drink was spiked by getting tested is not going to happen.. those drugs disapate too fast for testing after 4 hours.. sorry to say that.. but its true.. the only way u can find out is go by the symptoms of what u had... the few minutes before u forgot and what happened as soon as u can remember again.
please people.. when u go out drinking!! watch ur drinks!!! u put ur drink down and look away .. get another one! this warning goes to even u men! there are people out there who even drug men and have gang rapes. :(
i was date raped by my so called friend of 8 yrs. so plz when drinkin dont trust no one!!! its such a sad truth.. but some of those drugs if u get too much in ur system CAN KILL YOU!!!!
wishing for a safer world...

This is in no way to sound sexist but are you sure of your tolerance level to alcohol? (This is, of course, assuming you are a woman, judging by your avatar)

Women are often more sensitive to alcohol's affects, and four thick lagers could easily have caused you to become more drunk than you may have realized. However, if you do drink this much often, then maybe something is up. It just depends on your body and how much alcohol you can handle.

You can't remember anything about the fight but can remember you had "about 4 half lagers".

I think you need to work on your defence a bit more, the police will rip it to pieces with those inconsistancies.

"drunk" is not an exact science. Its quick possible to be drunk on 4 halfs if you are tired, ill, haven't eaten etc.

Blaming your behaviour on the drink is a bad sign......

Popping rupes and other amnesiatic drugs in girls drinks can be common. Some girls even end up pregnant and clueless because they don't remember the night.
Best to get to a doctor , and given the new drugging by guys nowadays , you might seriously reconsider your drinking patterns . . . unless you have no problem with STDs and strange babies .
