whenever i drink, i get pink all over my body and my eyes get red after only a tiny bit to drink (like half a bottle!) but i dont get drunk until i get a lot into my system (about 3-4 bottles and a couple shots). am i allergic to alcohol? i dont drink beer, just flavored drinks like smirnoff ices and bacardi silvers. and is there any way i can NOT get so pink (excpet not drinking, of course). help!

You can't be allergic to alcohol, although people say that. I am the same way. It's an enzyme that is missing in certain population. This enzyme deficient occurs most often in Asians. It helps clear alcohol in the system.

sounds like your allergic, talk to you doctor to make sure, it could be something in the alcohol like the yeast or a specific ingrediant that is causing the reaction.

Alcohol allergies are a lot more common than people know. Especially among Asian people, FYI.

you either have a yeast or sulfur allergy.
STOP DRINKING. Talk to a doctor to find out what your allergy is and what you can do to avoid that food.
STOP DRINKING UNTIL you know what it is.
