You know i have studied on this a bit. We as christians have to come to understand the promise that was given to Aberham which is what we are grafted into. Aberham started out poor became rich because of the promise. Issac likewise and Jacob. Soloman is another example. The point i am making i quess is that the faithful are blessed even in wealth. The unfaithful are not.
The blessing that people gain with God is a reflection of there obidence to God and his spirit. God has made provision in his word for all desires to be achieved thru faith and the laws of the Kingdom. Yeat not all should seek wealth. But if you have a great desire to open lets say a homeless shelter do you not know God has made a way for you to obtain the funds for that via faith and th law of sowing and reaping.
Satan is a thief and a murder. He also desires for people to lack, to be in poverty and to being destruction into there lives. God is of course in the bussiness of blessing and rewarding people. Yeat he also has decread his blessing and his cursing. So are you in need of additional monies seek in obidence and you shall indeed find a increase. If you lack it does not bring any Glory to God, it brings shame on you and that is all it does. But do not seek to be wealthy so you can be wealthy. Seek to be wealthy so you can be a blessing to someone. I have been both very wealthy and very poor and i know above all things God desires obidence over suffering.
But do not heap up gold to your own hurt. Do not use what God gives you for wickness. He remembers when you do so and he will take it from you. Do you seek wealth he has a 1000 cattle on a 1000 hills. Why is he pointing that out. He is the God of more then enoof. Not the God of to little or the God of just enoof. Yes many are speaking there understanding of the gosple today. I think you should all search it out on your own and not just take my word on it. But test God on it. He actually states a good man will have money for even his grandchildren. Remember the tallins. And the wicked servant. How about the cup of esau. God does not respect you disrespecting your birthright. Remember who are in God sight and the price God paid for your citizenship.
So God desire is to make you so wealthy in all areas of your lives that people actually desire to know your secret to being this way. Then you point them to God. Part of his plan for salvaton. But remember money is a tool only it has not real value. But he has the ability to expand your natural ability. Money allow you to be a blessing. So it can be used for good. But if you few money wrong it can destroy you. The love of money is the root of all evil. Notice we are not to love Money. Because we become rooted in the love of money. Were there is a root the ground is being sucked dry of life because the root is feeding upon the soul of the heart. So we have to be wise if you love money to the point you can't turn lose of it. You have a problem.
Good luck in your walk with God may he teach you well and may you be blessed in all that your attempt for God in all your days.

Join the club. There is an expression that goes "The strongest steel goes through the hottest fire" It's also true that when a fruit tree is pruned (branches cut back-short) the tree has to "try" harder, grow stronger, to produce fruit. This "trying" at first seems like it would hurt the tree but in reality it is making it stronger and more productive. Same with the steel. It went through more heat but the greater heat made it stronger. Life can be like that too. The more trials and temptations we may face, the stronger our faith should become to resist the temptations and grow stronger.Being tempted can take on many forms and to combat the temptations a closer dependence upon God, a stronger prayer life, etc. should follow. In one form or another.Gad can, and will, aid in this life. Asking Him would be the first step. Besides...This life is temporary. Everlasting life, great life is yet to come. Faith is the way to receive it.

I agree. As a christian, I don't know where they get that stuff. God is not a divine alladins lamp. You just can't just rub Him the right way and get anything you want. Jesus said in Luke 9:58 "And Jesus said to him, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head." If He was rich, why didn't He buy Himself a mansion. In 2Corinthians 12:7-9 Paul says " And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure.
Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me.
And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me".
Apparently, the Apostle Paul had some kind of sickness and he prayed that God would heal him and the Lord said no. Paul lived with it all of his life.
So much for health and wealth.

God does not promise comfort. The rich will have a hard time finding Heaven it will be like a camel trying to go through the eye of a needle. The Bible defines wealth as having more than you need. That would be everyone on this site. Enjoy what you have been blessed with.

I don't like this type of preaching using God as a MAC machine and sowing seeds, that you need to give a percent more to get...
As Christians we should be asking God what we can do for him.
This other falls in the category that's called Man centered religion( all about what God can do for you) Just the selfish nature of this seems wrong to me.
The bible says ask and you shall receive

The "Health and Wealth" message is a corrupt doctrine that is what can be called 'eisegesis' (individual / private interpretation) rather than exegesis; using Scripture to interpret other Scripture avoiding the practice of isolating one passage and building an entire movement on it.

I dont like the "health and wealth" Gospel or the "Name it Claim it" gospel either. Just look at Paul and the other Apostles, none were wealthy, many were imprisoned for the rest of their lives. Dont see any naming and claiming on their parts.

It just so happens that this gospel is most preached to the lazy I think or people who have none of the habits to succeed.
While I see simple godly people who work hard , and save, do not covet flashy thngs , they own houses and always seem to have enough with some to spare.God does bless his people but not regardless of their actions. I have never been receptive of this message though. I Do not find it to be the central teaching of the bible.

that's better than purely a "wellbeing-care" invoice. there is law in this invoice that could ward off scholars from receiving loans from private establishments requiring them to get carry of such investment from the federal government. And if reducing coverage rates is doubtless one among the biggest concerns then purely allowing coverage companies to compete in the time of state lines could resolve a lot of that. the place there is opposition, there is aggressive pricing that's continuously good for the buyer. most of the "advantages" of this invoice is purely not seen until 2014 the place voters would be forced to purchase coverage or be hounded by using distinctive the sixteen,000 added IRS workers that this invoice demands thus as to gather a great for figuring out directly to flow uninsured. does not sound like democracy does it?

yea really, if all that stuff about the "sowing and reaping" really worked i should be a millionaire according to the faith teachers. It's all a load of bull, just a way for people to think they're following Christ while getting all the world has to offer as well.
