No , fights like that are illegal in most countries . Before UFC and Pride , there were some Illegal full contact fight groups , but nothing that organized . That was purely fiction .

It's fiction-consider the source. Frank Dux's stories are right up there with Steve Seagal's CIA secret mission nonsense.

anything frank dux says is not to be taken as truth. 90% of what he claims to have happened in his past has either been proved as false, or cannot be conclucivly proved either way.
