Okay so I came home from work tonight and some d i c k h e a d parked his truck right in front of my garage. What was worse is that if he only moved his truck forward a few inches, I could have squeezed my car in. I live in a Condo, so the garage doors are on shared streets. I wan't to put a note on his windesheild explaining how incredibly rude it was to park there. Don't people have any tact any more? What would you do??

I think, I will take it in steps. First try to see if you can get that truck owner/driver. And get the reason behind him parking in your way to garage. If you see him/her in "sorry" mood, you can just leave him with clear instruction/warning that next time he has to be careful. If it happens next time: You can call police/ flatten tires/ put a sticker....
The best would be to have a mistake proof concept. What you can do is take some oil paint that reflects when light falls on it. Paint line on the road which make path to your garage. So 2 parallel lines and one arrow in between, to show that No Parking heer, Please.

call your two closest neighbors to see if they know who the truck belongs to. if they know, ask them to kindly move the truck away from your driveway, or you will have it towed away.
if your neighbors don't know who the truck belongs to, give it 15 minutes and have it towed away if the owner doesn't move it on their own.
i live in a university town where parking is at a premium, so i definitely know how you feel. i can't tell you how many times i've had to park in Kansas just to get to my apartment building because a lot of people have found out that my property management company doesn't enforce towing....

if he's blocking your garage then you can have him towed. Call the police.

Actually, since you said you live in a condo, they may have given you a phone number directly to a towing company.

tow it girl!

I work in a building that has street access, you should have seen the number of people on New Year's Eve that blocked me in so I couldn't leave work at midnight...heh.

If it's your property and you can not utilize your property....tow it.
If you rent the property and can not utilize the proprty you rent....tow it
if you manage property and you or your client can not access the property...tow it.

Now to be fair, was there clear postings that that location is priovate property and towing is enforced?
Was this your neighbor who has a parking spot nearby?

If not, tow it!

Well, you could've called the police and asked to have it towed. That's what I would have done.
