TIME IS BIG HEALER AND WITH PASSING OF TIME YOU WILL FORGET HER.

2007-01-04 14:16:33 · answer #1 · answered by RAMAN IOBIAN 7 · 1 0

I've answered this question so many times already... I might be the worst person to ask since this is only my first heartbreak, but it's all that I can really gather from right now. The only thing I can tell you is what I have told everyone else.

You don't forget. In fact, don't even try.

Because chances are if you truly love the person, you will nover forget them. Believe me, I've tried. The thing is, I realized that it's a ridiculous thing to do. Why would you want to forget somebody you love? To get rid of the heartache, the pain, the suffering? If you just forget about that, you'd be lying to yourself. If you accept it, at least next time you'd know how to deal with it. Forgetting a person who has been part of your life is a useless waste of time.

I've been heartbroken twice by the same person but the last thing I feel ike doing is just forgetting him. I don't know why people do it. I don't know why people cope that way. Usually, people end up hating the person, plotting several ways to make the person's life hell, or just pretend that they never knew the person existed. I could never be able to do that, nor would I want to, I'm not that kind of person.

I love him, regardless about the fact that it never worked out between us. However, no matter how much it has hurt me, I have no regrets...I'm glad I met him, because I've learned a lot.

Instead of letting a break up discourage you, look at how it changed you for the better, how much you've learned from the experience. Everything happens for a reason. It may have been a mistake but it's something you learn from. We're meant to make mistakes, it's only human, but if we forget about them, then we'd make them over and over again.

Don't try to forget the person, just keep your head up, and move forward. Life is journey. Take risks and live life.

It's a New Year, don't forget old acquaintances, friends, lovers...it's time to start anew but remember the people who have walked in and out of your life. They made you who you are today, count your blessings and be grateful.

Happy New Year!

~ Callie

I wish I could tell you a magical remedy but trust me time is the biggest killer & healer....
So I am gonna suggest :
1) Make yourself busy
-As in do things that you have been meaning to do for sometime but never got the time .
- Pursue your hobbys
2)Develop a strong friend circle , go out & have fun!
3) If sometimes you feel like abusing , cursing , crying ..don't hold yourself & do it...nothing is worse for getting over process then bottling up..
4)Be patients .
5) Don't get yourself into another relationship (rebound) . It only hampers your chances for a better & stronger relationship in the future . For me atleast an year's sabbatical is great .

Good luck mate !

Make yourself busy. Either start working or start helping a NGO and the peace that you'll get would be the best in this world and will help you to forget the past & get a new strong love in near future.

You don't.

Cherish the good memories and move on. Add better memories and learn to manage your emotional responses.

If you find that difficult remember the bad memories and why you broke up. It can be done.

My first wife still turns me on when I remember her, but I also remember her cheating, lying, her willingness to cause injury to me and her repeated betrayals.

I can't forget. I can and have forgiven, but I also understand that I am smarter than the moth that flew too close to the flame.

belive me it's not possible at all, so don't even try it, the more u try to forget about him u will remember him more, so try to concentrate on things you like and as time passes by u will eventually come with terms of knowing that u are no more with him. this is the fact from which i am going through since last five yr's, so good luck to you.
