In the most general, overall way...

Major Body Parts -
Back: Rows (bent over)
Legs: Squats
Chest: Dumbbell (bench) presses or flies (both while lying on your back)

For whatever exercises you do, just remember that you need to make sure you're using your joints correctly (proper angles, don't lock them, find instructions with good descriptions or pictures for form), and gravity is your source/direction of resistence, so directly up is the proper direction your lift should go.

About the legs and squats, if your body weight is not enough, put anything into a backpack and put the backpack on. It is a very good workout for the legs.

You can also do lunges.

For the inner legs and thighs you can do a squat with your legs wider than shoulder width, turn your toes out a little, and squat making sure your knees point the same direction as your toes. Not sure about a name.

Check out the website under sources.

Ok, you need to refer to some websites and decide on exactly which muscles you which to stimulate. I'll list them below. You need to consider your diet for the best results which a bit of reading can do this. Also, you can't stimuate the same muscle groups every day. You can either choose isloated upper body one day, isloated lower body another, then go for a run another day, then do some compund type weight routines - great for weight loss and toning as they clock up the calories you burn. Make sure you include cardio in your routine as well for endurance. Good luck!

Well, it really depends on whether you want to increase your muscle tone, or build muscle mass. Tone is the healthy way to go. Do a Google search for "5BX". That's the name of an exercise plan that's very well proven, it was developed for the RCAF, and it only requires 11 minutes a day, with no weights or any other equipment. Now, if you want muscle mass, I'd go with isometric exercises, where one muscle group is working against another. You can make these just as strenuous or light as you want, and they require little or no equipment. Happy New Year, and best of luck!

P.S. I'm assuming you're a guy. That 5BX plan I mentioned is for guys only. The ladies' version of that plan is called XBX.
