we r dating but when i met him he was ugly but he isn't like all the other guys, he dosn't just want sex or anything he is cool but im not sure if I can like a guy that dosn't appeal to me in the "looks" thing, what do I do?

You should date someone you are attracted to on all fronts, however, if you get along with him on an emotional and personal level, you may find he may become more physically attractive to you. It happend with me. Plus there is more to a real relationship then sex and looks. A guy can be the most handsome guy in the world, but if he is a jerk, he can become the ugliest. I say give him a shot for awhile, and if things don't change, then break it off.

Give him a chance. I was set up on a blind date once, and I didn't find the guy attractive, but he turned out to be really cool and fun to hang out with, and over time, his looks seemed to change, and I thought he looked just fine.

Someone has to appeal to you in some respect for you to care for them, but looks are not everything. The way someone treats you is far more important....take some time and think it over.

If it's just the way he dresses himself, does his hair or something like that, offer go shopping with him and pick out better clothing and for the hair, play with it and do something better. Although, it is mean to judge someone on how they look...

be friends. or treat him as a brother if you really dont appeal to him in the looks category.
give it time.
if you didn't say anything to keep his hopes up...like i really like you...or your really the guy i'm looking for..or stuff like that on the phone. it's still easy for you to back out.
just treat him as a friend and find a guy you like over all.

get over it what do you think your that fantastic so what he doesn't look nice in your opinion he sounds genuine and what are looks anyway they fade with age be grate full you have someone that even likes you heaps of people don't time to grow up looks are skin deep its whats inside that counts

Honestly it sounds like you guys should be friends.. if you really like the person for your relationship you wouldn't have just said that they weren't attractive to you.. If you like someone for their personality, than you will be attracted to them... give it more time or just be friends.
