Well you have to eat something from everything to keep ur body balance or else after you stop whatever you will touch will end into body fat since ur body have lost track of it completly.
I found best the calorie diet it worked perfectly for me! i used to have 3 spoons special K in the morning, after that an Apple or an orange, For Lunch a big salad with some light tuna, or feta cheese, or do a nice brown bread sandwich with Ham.
For dinner, You can have for example 200grms Of (Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish,) With boiled veggies or salad and add lots of herbs, spices and a cube to give it some nice taste!
For Pasta you can used any type of pasta! If ur taking it with just some tomatoe sauce and herbs you can add till 200grms, And if you would like to used some meat with it such as Chicken Mince or Beef mince go for 100grms pasta and 75grms Mince with tomatoe sauce.
Then every day you can have a treat which consist of A cereal bar, or a light yogurth with a dessertspoon of raisens, or a pkt of snack a jack, or a glass of wine.
During the day above all of this you should try to drink 1 ltr of water since all we now it's very important! And you can have up to 6 tea's or coffee's with skimmed milk and sweetners (never use normal sugar since it's full with calories same goes for full milk) And diet soft drink (remeber they also have calories even do little) i used to take a ltr a day.
About herbs, spiced, cubes, worwicher sauce, soy sauce the more you use the better since they help alot.
Ps: If atleast 2 times daily you exchange ur dinner with a soup made with a kilo of mixed veg of ur choice and add a cube and 2 slices bacon or else a can of baked beans. this will help you to lose fat faster!
With this diet i was 101.4 kilos after 4 months present day am weighing 73 kilos ;)
Try it if you do it as i wrote you, you will see a difference in youre scale from the first week! Believe me :)
Goodluck my dear!

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit & blow outs.
Here are the golden rules:
Be prepared only have good food in the house
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices
Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt OR
Banana smoothie - homemade lots of ice, banana, low GI low fat yoghurt & scoop protein this makes two servings so put the other serve in fridge for tomorrow morning.
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)
Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.
Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.
To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.
Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

Give up one thing a week. Make it realistic. For example, give up a half hour a day to walk (even if its on your lunch break), or give up half of your portion at a restaurant, or sugared cereal in the morning, or the top bun off of your hamburger...you get the idea.) Each week, add another item to the list.
