This is something I really don't understand, wtf is it whenever people say I'll never get into another relationship again, they usually do? It seems to me that its pretty stupid to want to get into another bad relationship. It really isn't that hard to stay single! Hell I've been single for what 4 years, 7 months, and 4 days, and I said that after my first girlfriend, and have never looked back.
Should people learn to keep a commitment to them selfs?

are you annoyed because you are still single or because other people aren't? or both? It seems a little odd that you know exactly how long you've been single if it's making you so happy, especially after SUCH a long time.. but if you are, more power to you.
Don't be upset just because others try and try again to find love. People don't usually intend to get into another bad relationship. It just turns out that way. In the beginning, they hope it will be good.

yup, something definitely wrong with you if you actually keep a tabulated daily count of how long you have been single
i've been single for a couple of years, don't know exactly how long and don't really care too much to count the days, not really interested in counting
i said "never again" for specific reasons, and although i do not remember the exact specific reasons i do remember that something was bad, real bad, and thats enough for me to remember

People are idiots.
Also, a large majority of them did not pay attention in third grade language arts class.
The people who claim being single for "4 years, 7 months, and 4 days" is better are the people who can't get dates...
... and are also ugly and/or stupid and/or poor
... and/or in high school.

Some people like being single. Have fun and live a little, I made that mistake and now I'm trying to figure it out. Stay single if you want... who cares, it's your preference.

Hey I've never had a girlfriend. A person who nags me to do stuff I feel is unnecessary, when I'm not working, is intolerable in my opinion.

I have never heard so much damn foolishness.get a life.so you broke up with someone, that does not mean you lock yourself up in a room and start counting the days.maybe if you are getting into these bad relationships the problem might be right there in your mirror

It's called being lonely and knowing that not all people are out there to hurt you.. I think it's way past time that you got a girlfriend, you just sound frustrated :) :) :)

That is what it is all about.
you do things for yourself.
You are exactly right --- commitment.
I have been single for almost 11 years and don't miss it one bit.
I am much happier by myself.
people call me crazy, gay, and weird.
But I call myslef Lucky and Wise
