Whats messed up about this is, She is also on the bowling league I am, so if I tell her to take a hike... I still know that im goin to see her maybe just letting her down easy is the plane or maybe she dumped me an I just dont know it yet... Now I called new years day to check on what her answer was as I said it was no... So then I asked her how about a movie an dinner some time she said well how about tomorrow me not thinking a theather may not be open on new years day... Said sure why not ... So I call her to see what her answer was an sure enough it was no again she was to hung over... Like that was my fault... So I got told no... Again from there she asked me can I do that another day... SO it was planed for tonight she say's NO again well then the only thing next she will hear is the phone goin click...

Sounds like you have different interests. Also, sounds like you are taking things more seriously than her. I mean,like for example, in a serios relationship spending New Years together is a given. I think you're looking for somethingelse than her. You would be a head to find someone with similar interests or at least, more interest in you.

I'm not really clear on your question. Could you restate it? If you are asking for what you should do because you are interested. I would say that its probably best not to call her she does not appear interested due to the two (i think, but not clear) times she let you down. Even if she is inteerested, the ball is in her court. You already called her a couple of times. Let her call you.

well, just don't make any more plans with her for anything, move on to the next victim
if she asks then tell her that you got the impression that she did not have time for you and you moved on, now you are kind of busy, i've done that before, works pretty good, all of a sudden it turns into a marathon of proving they have the time for you, once you show that you have interest in them thats when you give them the power, be cordial but show that you no longer have any interest in her
