I mean seriously. I know people who eat unbelieveable amounts of fatty food, and don't even do much exercise, and their still stick skinny. You'd have to go out and run 500 miles to work off that amount off c%ap. And these people just simply don't put on weight. I don't get it, i guess some peoples bodies just work completely differently. Its very odd.

I feel for those who HAVE to watch what they eat...I could not imagine. In my 20's I dieted a couple of times and felt like I was starving and hated that everything I loved was no good for me. I am nearing the 50 mark, still quite thin and you would not believe the junk I can eat!! Metabolism is a strange phenomenon!

I actually agree with kobrajesus for the most part. Although some people do have higher metabolisms than other people, it's just not as much as 2000 calories unless there is some sort of activity difference. And the differences can be quite overlooked. Some people just walk places more often. People can eat all sorts of food, but actually smaller portions. Genetics may distribute the fat is less obvious ways, as well.

Thats all BS. If you overeat bad foods all the time you will get fat, I don't care what you think your metabolism is. You just assume becuase you are with somebody and you see them eat Mcdonalds and they are skinny, but you can't be with somebody 24 hrs a day, so you don't know exactly what they are eating. No one can eat 3000 calories a day without having to workout for 3 hours a day with out getting fat. no one. NO one can eat whatever they want and as much as they want without storing fat, no one.

I'm like that it's heigh metabolism. But I heard that if you keep on eating whatever uncontrolably and you have high metabolism you can get a big belly even if the rest of your body seems thin looking

Its called Metabolism and I believe it is genetic...some people have high metabolism and others low. the higher the metabolism the faster you burn fat. Your thyroid can also affect your weight.

no longer even a pound, undergo in ideas one pound is 3,500 energy better (which you're probable bordering). once you do stuff like that i propose merely skipping the meal because of the fact which you had the energy then (if it is extremely heavy like a bag of buttery popcorn or lots of chips)
