I'm on a low fat low carb diet , can i substitute apples or oranges for pineapple ??\

If yes, what is the amount of pineapple that would substitute one apple/orange??

Generally no cause as lovely as pineapples are they are high GI foods which mean they contain too much sugar which turns into carbs. Oranges & apples are low GI so it means you can eat these on a low carb diet.

depends really on you. I prefer apples though. you know fruits are actually lower in calories than any other food and it fills you up. I dont think you should worry about fruit that much.
