Just for the record I am not looking for guys and don't dress that way, I was just wondering. I personally don't think a girl is a slut, but just wanted to know what others thought.

I think the alure of what might be underneath a tight sleek not to clingy dress that shows the back of the neck and between the shoulder blades, but still continues down below the knees is sexy.
Much more sexy than half shirts, or the coke bottlecap and floss getups of todays supermodels.
Yes Pretty is interesting, but I want a woman who is smart, and nice.
I could not call a woman slutty whom I did not know to be.
I try not to judge on appearances alone.

Depends on the style of the shirt. If it shows everything than it's slutty... leave something to the imagination. Sexy is usually meant for the bedroom, otherwise the guy will expect sex and think you're a slut.

no, I'd only be wanting to grab those boobs and rip off her shirt to look at them. But all in all, I think it's sexy for a girl to dress like that, but it's slutty if the girl does it at an early age like 13 or she has no boobs.

I wouldn't regard her with much respect and I would say slutty for lack of a better word. Modesty is more important in girls than what a lot of people think, just as honor and being a gentleman is important in a man (as rare as that might be).

It depends. Some girls have large breasts that are difficult to cover up. Most of the time, though, if a girl is wearing something really revealing then she has an attitude that goes with it: "hey, look at me!" That, to me, is slutty.

If you want to impress your female peer group, dress modestly or you will be thought of as a slut.
If you want to attract guys, wear low cut. However, understand that you run the risk of getting a reputation and might not attract the kind of guy that you want to attract....if you know what I mean.
Trash generally attracts trash. Your female peers understand that.

it all depends where she is wearing this shirt. In a night club maybe no. At work yes or on a kids playground. I think its slutty when she bends over and put her boobs in a mans face that she doesn't even know.
