my husband had put the tag on my car,my husband even told them he did it, but i got arrested for it(stolen property), cop mispells my name , and last 3 digits of plate (it was ath but he puts tha)is that enough to get it thrown out?

You need an attorney. In many states, attaching a wrong plate is a felony. This isn't a game! Get an attorney immediately!

If you have solid proof that it isn't stolen, then it should easily be thrown out. But if he can't even write the plate number correctly, it could show that the cop was mistaken and in the wrong.

You should have turned the plates in and gotten a receipt for them. Would have saved this hassle. Now, as Bostonian said, you may need a lawyer to straighten it out.
