I had eczema on my arms, and once it cleared up, I was left with white spots (hypopigmentation). I was wondering if the tanning bed, self tanners or bronzers, or spray tan would help get rid of these spots? If not, is there anything else I can do to get rid of them?

No, they might even make the spots more noticeable by adding some contrast. I don't know how to get rid of them, other than surgery or makeup. Sorry.

Bless your heart, that is so frustrating. I would use the spray-on self tanner by Loreal. Works wonders to cover up white spots. Start sparingly and, with time, you'll fabulous.
