"Why is it that many former Christians change into atheist after examining the bible?" i might want to ought to assert a huge area of this is the church homes' fault, as maximum church homes in no way teach the "troublesome" factors of the Bible, so even as someone receives to at least one in each of those factors and sees it truly is amazingly diverse from the "sugar coated God" that they are taught about they have a tendency to reject the Bible and Christianity because they imagine "how can God be loving, yet do all those issues". "Or, that some human beings, even as hunting for info and help for the claims contained in the bible, change into atheist." i have not heard of that earlier, inspite of the indisputable fact that I easily have heard the different happening... (i.e. C.S. Lewis) "does not it look that examining the bible might want to carry one nearer with God?" with ideal reading it does, the priority is that folk have a tendency to verify what's asserted yet stay unaware of the information contained in the tale that the Bible would not element out, for instance the Bible would not communicate about how Baal (the "best" God contained in the area that the Israelites had conquered) change into worshiped by putting a stay toddler on a heated statue (in actuality cooking it alive) as a sacrifice

Welcome Brother, Welcome Sister. For we are all spiritual brothers and sisters. Whether we know it or believe it or not!
I would love for all the world to know what I know and believe the things I know to be true. But we must all work our own way thru this life. Some find it sooner and some not at all. Some must wait until after their body's are in the earth and their spirits are standing in the Halls of our Ancestors. This is the way of the earth. But I would be neglectful if I didn't at least try to help my brothers and sisters find the truths that I know. Whether or not they accept them is their choice!

Depends on the flavor and why. I might be a little scared. And, yes, I am a Christian.

We'd be happy, for the fruition of what God intended would've truly come to pass through witness and through the acceptance of God's salvation plan.

Most Christians aren't the evangelical kind that harass on Q&A. It would not effect their lives much, but they would be pleased for the recipiants of Christ, I suppose.

I don't know, what would would that random homeless guy who rants about the health benefits of dog food do if everybody suddenly wholeheartedly believed that dog food was the healthiest substance a man could eat.

more importantly.....who would they save? i think they would split into very separate factions and each would believe the other was going to hell. then those would split, and split again. and pretty soon, one would be sort of dominant and that one would go around trying to convert the others after a lot of needless bloodshed in the name of their religion. sh*t.....I think that already happened.
